All our replacements are backed by a 12 month warranty. If there are any material or workmanship defects, we will repair it or swap it for another.
We offer FREE tracked postage on all gadgets sent to our repair centre. On laptops we offer a FREE collect and return to your doorstep to ensure your laptop is safe and secure.
Provided you have got your claim authorised by us first, you can choose to take your gadget to an Apple Genius Bar or a Samsung Support Centre. We will then reimburse you the cost, subject to approval.
